Each morning, I awoke to the aroma of freshly baked pastries and a good assortment of fresh fruits. The communal breakfast setup allowed for nice conversations with fellow travelers.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and complete with a shower, ensuite bathrooms and separate tub.

Enjoyed savoury breakfast, a nice size and budget room.

It was fairly clean and the staff were attentive and amiable, beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent, in a residential neighborhood. Moreover, it's short walk to a quiet residential area, and convenient enough to downtown Hilo. I was there for 2 nights and would like to come again.

Had a great time at Old Hawaiian B&B! The breakfasts were seriously amazing with fresh fruits and pastries. The garden vibes were calming. The room was spacious, though I missed having a coffee maker. It's a peaceful getaway, just a short drive from Rainbow Falls!

the grounds are gorgeous and quiet, making it a joy to enjoy breakfast surrounded by nature while the proximity to Wailuku River State Park and less than a 5-minute walk to Wai'ale Falls offered lovely morning strolls with picturesque views.

The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the lovely views from the veranda overlooking the beautiful backyard and waterfalls. The location was ideal, within a short walking distance to Rainbow Falls and a quick drive to downtown Hilo. The communal breakfast offered a fantastic opportunity to connect with other guests, fostering a warm atmosphere.

We loved the relaxing atmosphere and the peaceful gardens. We enjoyed a superb breakfast with a lovely selection of fresh fruits and pastries. If you venture out, Boiling Pots Park is a pleasant walk nearby, perfect for exploring with our toddler.

My wife says that a small play area for kids would be great.

The bed and breakfast has a marvelous and favorable location in a very quiet neighborhood. It is located near the river and the volcano, making it convenient for sightseeing. - Wai'ale Falls and other tourist attractions are just a 4-6 minute walk away from the property.
